Processing & Shipping Times
As I am a 12-year-old student running this business part-time while attending school, I do my best to ship all orders as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
- I do offer international shipping to USA, Canada and the UK, delivery times will vary depending on your location and postal service.
- Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
- I cannot control or predict these charges, so please check with your country’s customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience any problems, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to help!
